Request Deletion of Your AI Eklavya Account

If you want to permanently delete your AI Eklavya account and associated data, you can request deletion using the process below.

How to Request Account Deletion

1. Send an email to:
   support@eklavyaplus.com
2. Use this subject:
   AI Eklavya Account Deletion Request
3. Please include:
   • Your registered email address
   • Your registered phone number
   • Your name

I request permanent deletion of my AI Eklavya account and associated data.

We may request additional information when reasonably necessary to verify that the request was submitted by the account owner.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

After the deletion request is verified and processed, we will delete the AI Eklavya account and associated application data, including where applicable:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Study progress
• Quiz and assessment responses
• Memory-test data
• Brain Dump content
• Task progress
• Concept progress
• Flashcard progress
• User statistics
• Authentication/session information
• Password-reset request information

Data Retention

We do not retain your account data for longer than necessary after an account deletion request has been processed.

Information may be retained only when necessary for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, or regulatory requirements. Where retention is required, the information will be retained only for the applicable period and will not be used for normal account functionality.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are normally processed within 7 business days after successful verification. You will receive confirmation when the deletion request has been completed.
